Doctoral student in Art History at the Federal University of São Paulo (Unifesp), Master in Arts, with an emphasis on Theory and History of Art, and licensed in History from the Federal University of Espírito Santo (UFES). I worked as a university professor and teacher of basic education in public and private schools in Espírito Santo, Brazil. My master thesis was on the artistic representations of the body by Bernat Martorell (1390–1452) and Caravaggio (1571–1610), exponents of Catalan International Gothic and Italian Baroque, respectively. The research resulted in the publication of the book A Estética do Corpo na Arte Ocidental (2020). Currently, I am dedicated to study the representations of Louis XIV (1638–1715) in the works of Charles Le Brun (1619–1690), with special emphasis on the aesthetic-formal approach to the body and the notion of the body of power.
