Curriculum Vitae

Polina Voronova is a project collaborator at the DH Lab of Bibliotheca Hertziana, focusing on the web development of the project "Mapping Sacred Spaces".
After completing her studies in linguistics and lexicography at the University of Lorraine in France and Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) in Germany, she worked at the Leibniz Institute for the German Language in Mannheim and the ATILF-CNRS in Nancy, France.
Through her work with large lexicographical datasets presented in text corpora – extracting terms, analyzing linguistic data, and using programming to create dictionary entries – she developed a keen interest in digital humanities and programming languages.
