Curriculum Vitae

Caterina Martinelli earned a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Heritage in 2019 with a thesis entitled “Lo scultore in scena: Mauro Staccioli, le grandi antologiche” and in 2021 received her master’s degree in Art History from the University of Siena.
In 2018 she carried out a curricular internship at the gallery Il Ponte in Florence, involved in digital archive, especially of the works of the artist Mauro Staccioli, collaborating on the organization of some exhibitions.
In April 2021 she achieved the open badge “USiena Human Capital Management”, a series of workshop in which she has attained digital skills, soft and business skills for the management and the enhancement of cultural heritage.
Since May 2020 she collaborates in Archivio Mauro Staccioli where she’s working on archive heritage preservation, management and enhancement, materials organization, inventory drafting and data digitization. She contributed to the publication of the inventory on archive’s site (key piece of the winning project “Toscanaincontemporanea 2020”).
Since Semptember 2021 she has become a researcher at the Bibliotheca Hertziana with a project focused on digitisation of archive materials related to the decade 1971–1981.
